Returns

We hope you will love everything that you order from us, but if you're not entirely happy with your purchases items can be returned within 14 days from the time of delivery.

When you want to return your purchase, please make sure your returns are accompanied by a note with the order number and reason of return. Unidentifiable returns may not be possible to refund.

We'll give you a full refund by the same method you used to pay. Shipping costs are not credited.

The shipping costs for returns are on your own expense. We recommend using a postal service that insures the value of your returned products or gives you proof of posting. Lost packages will not be refunded. Make sure all returned items are in the same condition as you received them, not used condition, in its original packaging and with the original hangtags. Damaged items will not be accepted.
Once your return has been well received, you will receive a creditnote email. Your return should take a maximum of 14 days to reach us and be processed.

Please note that items bought online can be returned in our shop-in-shop location at Kinkerstraat 316 in Amsterdam, but the refund will not take place in-store. We will refund you the amount through the original online payment method.

Pearls & Swines is not responsible for any damages that happen during the return shipment or for the loss of your item during transport or delivery. The customer is always responsible for the shipment.
